Bethany Gomez

Managing Director

Bethany's core responsibility is to manage our growing team and drive new product development. She is a key driver of business development, managing some of our top clients to ensure long-term success. She has an extensive background in quantitative research, global policy, and strategic planning. Her passion for the CBD and Cannabis industries helps drive our team forward and deliver comprehensive and data-driven answers for each of our customers.

Jennifer Kregor

Data Science Director

Jen manages the development of our predictive models, NLP algorithms, web applications, and data science explorations. Prior to leading our Data Science team, she managed a large national study at UPenn’s Institute for Research in Cognitive Science and the UCLA Human Perception Lab. Most recently, she managed web-app development and data collection at UPenn's Positive Psychology Center with the World Well-Being Project, a group pioneering measures of well-being using natural language processing and machine learning, and providing insights to industry leaders and world governments.

Kay Tamillow

Research Director

Kay Tamillow leads a team that provides in-depth analysis on the CBD and cannabis markets, spanning across consumer research, new product developments, market sizes and brand shares. Before joining Brightfield, she worked across various functions at PepsiCo, managing project teams and building analytic models and strategic frameworks to drive results in pricing strategy, assortment optimization, distribution logistics, global innovation portfolio management, and annual revenue planning.

Virginia Lee

CBD Research Manager

Virginia works closely with our Analyst, Data Science, and Business Development teams in order to help develop our platform offerings and custom research across the US CBD market. Prior to joining us, she worked at Euromonitor, where she conducted the company's syndicated research of industries such as beauty & personal care, packaged foods, non-alcoholic drinks, health & wellness, consumer health, and retailing.

Jamie Schau

International Research Manager

Jamie's primary responsibilities are to develop and refine our platform offerings and custom research across the international CBD and cannabis landscape. She has experience in both quantitative and qualitative research as well as global policy.

Andy Seeger

Cannabis Research Manager

Following years of consumer and market analytics and insights for two of the largest global beverage-alcohol companies, Andy has shifted his focus to cannabis and the cannabis consumer. Andy works with our Data Science and Business Development teams in order to comprehensively analyze cannabis markets across the world.

Alyssa Jank

Custom Research Manager

Alyssa manages custom projects for cannabis and CBD clients ranging from market research to consumer insights to strategy. She has been working and tracking the cannabis market since 2016 after she joined a beer strategy division at Constellation Brands and was tasked with tracking the impact of legalization on beer sales.

Connor Skelly

Marketing Director

Connor is responsible for making innovative leaders aware of our unique, data-driven answers and custom business solutions. He has extensive experience across the entire marketing umbrella. He has previously led and collaborated on marketing and repositioning strategies, global campaigns, solution-focused offerings, marketing attribution and operations, and sales-aligned processes across multiple industries.

Patrick Hayden

President

Patrick is responsible for the growth of our company, leading the team towards a new era of consumer insights and market intelligence. He has worked in both market research and investment management for 15 years, primarily helping hedge funds leverage emerging market data to boost investment returns and enabling companies to achieve their business objectives.
