Job Summary

Brightfield Group is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays an integral support role by providing daily administrative support to the sales team for Brightfield Group. Day to Day

  • Hubspot management, including ongoing maintenance, report building, list building, support, etc.
  • Inbound lead allocation based on sales definitions
  • Assistance in developing proposals and contracts
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records as needed
  • Generating log-in information for new users to the platform
  • General administrative support for the sales and marketing teams
  • Basic performance tracking, including team budgets and commission
  • Sales research to support lead generation, including background and information collection for sales pitches
  • Creating email contact lists for marketing outreach

Perferred Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM system
  • Advanced knowledge of record keeping
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
